I’ve built my career around understanding how technology works, why it sometimes doesn't, and how to make it better.
My professional path has taken me from webmaster and system administrator to IT Director, Vice President of IT, and IT consultant. Those experiences have given me a perspective that bridges hands-on technology work with the needs of people and organizations.
I enjoy getting to the root of a problem, understanding the bigger picture, and developing solutions that are secure, dependable, and practical to maintain.

My earlier experience in education also shaped the way I communicate: complex subjects become more useful when they're explained clearly, thoughtfully, and in terms people can act on.
